Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non refundable. However, we at Punlimitedmerch.com understand that certain events causing damage, may happen upon shipment. 

Damaged or Defective Products 

At Punlimitedmerch.com we want to be sure that you are satisfied with your order. Therefore, we are committed to making things right in case of any defects or damage.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within [ 7 days ] of receiving your order via email at punlimitedmerch@gmail.com.

We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

Please refer to the size charts made available in each product description before purchasing. Due to the nature of our products being custom made upon order, we reserve the right to refuse refunds due to the product not fitting correctly or that of incorrect sizing. 

Please send clear and well-lit photos indicating any issues so that we can provide you with a solution.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. See "Return Requests" section at bottom of website.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom embroidered products or personalized items. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item as we strive to make the situation right. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
